Our first major product release of the year has arrived!  We have taken your feedback and incorporated it into our product design to help you get even more from AbilityMap.  The videos on this page walk you through each of the upgrades, and there are some FAQs and information to help get you ready for the product release.  If you need any help, please reach out to us via our contact details below.

When is it happening?

Tuesday 16th August 2022 after COB AEST. Updates to the AbilityMap platform will occur outside of business hours.

What’s changing?

Lots! We have introduced improvements to your experience and added new functionality to give you greater control and access over your portal and data.

This release includes:

  • A new look and feel
  • Improved search functionality
  • New “quick add” function for creating Profiles
  • Greater access to data
  • More control over security roles (including access to reset assessments within an order)

The good news is that all your features and functionality will remain, and everything will be in the same place following the release.

What can I expect on Wednesday 17th August?

When you log in, the changes should be applied automatically with the new look and feel visible immediately. If this is not your experience, we recommend you refresh your browser history, clear the cache and log in again.

Some of the new features need to be activated via security roles. Your client administrator will have access to update your security roles after the release. You may need to log out and log back in for the changes to be applied. If you don’t have a client administrator, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we can help you with updating your security profiles.

Will candidates be impacted by this release?

No. There are no changes for candidates, their strengths report, or the assessment in this release.

Who do I contact if I need help?

Feedback and questions should be directed to [email protected] for support. Our team and tech support team will be on standby in the days immediately following the release to help with any queries you have.

I logged in this morning, but everything looks the same, what should I do?
