Corina spots potential in people, in businesses, in ideas, long before anyone else sees it.
She built one of Australia’s largest and most successful companies in the banking and finance industry from the ground up, scaling it from a startup to a $300 million+ valuation in just seven years, with over 400 staff. That journey taught her that financial results and strong teams aren’t separate goals, they’re the same goal. She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance, from the University of Queensland.
She then transitioned into tech, working with a world-first AI technology company, which gave her a front-row seat to how emerging tech reshapes fast-moving start-ups and sharpened her instinct for where AI genuinely improves how people work, rather than just automating it.
Now, as Solutions Director at AbilityMap, Corina brings it all together: operational rigour, people-first leadership, and real excitement for what AI can unlock next. Her focus is making sure AbilityMap’s technology helps organisations spot potential in their own people, just as she’s spent her career spotting it in businesses and teams.
