Updates this month concentrate on user experience:

  • NEW – Bulk match packs now available for purchase within the platform for monthly subscribers with purchased matches added immediately to the account
  • Minor update to the login authenticator to accommodate local security environments

  • New account management features for AbilityMap Super Admin users to provide more timely customer support

As part of our ongoing privacy and security commitments, this month we introduced:

  • Login authentication upgrade for all users
  • Updated the mobile phone fields (required for multi-factor authentication) to reduce errors on the candidate/employee registration page

This latest release focuses on improving the user experience and reducing clicks to action.

  • Invitation links for candidates are now on by default for all hiring orders plus we have added an easy on/off toggle.
  • Client contact details have been added to email invitations to improve the candidate experience.
  • Colour contrast adjusted on capability selections when creating profiles to accommodate different devices.
  • Useability enhancements on the home page dashboard and team order employee selection.

Enhancements

This latest release focuses on client experience for viewing candidate and team dashboards, including enhancements to enable in-view candidate actions. This release includes:

  • UX/UI update for candidate and team dashboards including drag and drop functionality and toggle on/off data options
  • Update candidate statuses within your dashboard
  • New sorting and filtering options for candidate and team dashboards 
  • Enhanced options for sorting and filtering talent to add to dashboard views
  • Quickly toggle to view all or role-specific capabilities
  • New functionality added to compare more than two groups side by side

Enhancements

  • Create Profile Experience – the updated create profile experience (first introduced to recruitment orders) will be available in Team Orders and from your Welcome page, providing a consistent experience platform-wide.
  • Competency vs Capability – we have updated the Team Orders pages with the language of Capability in place of Competency for consistency of language in our platform.
  • New Navigation Banner – in both Recruitment and Team Orders we have added a suite of icons to navigate you directly to each of the data visualisation pages. The icons will appear on both the lists of orders and at the top of every order. We have also updated the Add Team Members option in Team Orders to match Recruitment Orders.

Enhancements

  • Create Profile Experience – first introduced to recruitment orders, the profile creation experience has been updated when you add a new profile from your Profile page.
  • ​​​​​​Deactivate Talent Update – the button to deactivate a candidate has been renamed from Delete to Deactivate to remove confusion and anxiety when deactivating candidate records on the Talent screen.

Enhancements

  • MFA for Candidates Upgrade – following the introduction of international business registration requirements, candidates outside Australia were prevented from using Multi-Factor Authentication on our platform. AbilityMap has upgraded this feature to extend MFA once again to its international clients and candidates.

New role profile creation interface and design.

Enhancements

  • Recently we upgraded the experience for role profile creation when associated with recruitment. With this release we have extended the new interface and design to creating a new role profile independently of a recruitment process.
  • The new interface provides clear instructions, a modern look and feel, and gives users a seamless and consistent experience within their platform.

New assessment interface and design.

Enhancement

  • The assessment, completed by candidates and employees, has been redesigned whilst retaining the same questions and content and therefore validity.
  • To improve the candidate experience, the behavioural section of the assessment was moved to be the first assessment section, followed by the cognitive (timed) assessments (previously the other way around).
