We use Stripe to process payments within the app. You can pay using a credit or debit card. Mastercard, VISA and American Express are accepted. Stripe can accept payments in over 135 currencies world wide.

In limited circumstances, such as a payment error, refunds may be provided. If you believe a payment has occurred in error, please get in touch with our team to discuss. AbilityMap subscription services are charged in advance and can be cancelled at any time. To allow sufficient time to process the transaction cancellation, just give 7 days’ notice of your intent to cancel your subscription and our team will take care of the rest.

Yes. Many clients start using Hiring Essentials and upgrade at a later stage to an Enterprise account. Once upgraded, all of your previous data will be saved and transferred to the new account. Upon upgrade, you will immediately have full access to data and reports for all candidates, without requiring matches on your account. Chat with us if you’d like to find out more.

Yes. You can add more candidates and purchase additional matches at any time. Once you’ve selected a profile for an order though, it can’t be changed.

Yes, we offer an annual subscription for Enterprise accounts as well as a monthly subscription for the Hiring Essentials plan. Chat to us if you’d like to find out more.

You can invite an unlimited number of people to complete an Ability Imprint assessment. Once complete, they can be added to an order to compare their results against the requirements of the profile. Moving the person into the order unlocks their detailed reports and counts them as a Match. Matches not used one month roll over to the next month for as long as the monthly subscription is active.
