New assessment interface and design.
Enhancement
- The assessment, completed by candidates and employees, has been redesigned whilst retaining the same questions and content and therefore validity.
- To improve the candidate experience, the behavioural section of the assessment was moved to be the first assessment section, followed by the cognitive (timed) assessments (previously the other way around).
