What’s new in AbilityMap?

New Features

• Automatic account creation through an online form was released into the platform to enable people to take a free tour of the AbilityMap features in their own time without the need to engage with the sales team.

Industry Profile Library released!

New Features

• A library of over 120 profiles including roles and functions was loaded into the platform available for use in recruitment and team comparisons.
• The library is housed in its own tab in the profiles area of the platform and includes instructions and FAQs for users.

Reports upgrade and pay as you go functionality introduced

Enhancements

• All downloadable reports in pdf format received a refreshed look and feel and content upgrade
• New welcome page format introduced bringing more dashboard and interactive design elements for clients on the home page
• Recruitment orders redesigned with improved navigation and access to add existing and invite new candidates all from the same page

New Features

• Introduced a new option to create a role profile, choose an existing one or use a library profile when creating a recruitment order
• Pay as you go functionality introduced to facilitate monthly subscription credit card payments
• Platform demo to walk new customers through the features of AbilityMap at their own pace without booking a sales demonstration
• Option to upgrade to a monthly payment plan through the platform without engaging a sales team member

• Behavioural assessment questions reviewed and some revised in response to client feedback
• Capability descriptors revised in response to client feedback
• Revisited thresholds for prompting candidates to repeat an assessment section to improve candidate experience.

• Security Role Permissions Updated – greater control over which users can create profiles, reset assessments
• Navigation improvements – enhancements to sort column contents, replaced text buttons with icons, multi-select people to add to orders, option to create groups of employees in a team view and re-order the columns as you need.

New Features

• Profile Quick Add – a new way to quickly select capabilities for a profile by dragging and dropping the desired capabilities.
• Collaborator input report – users can download a report showing everyone’s individual contribution when choosing capabilities for a role.
• Unique assessment invitation link – unique company assessment invitation links automatically generated for all client accounts available for sharing with candidates through standard company emails outside of the platform.
• Access to data – view all 31 capabilities from reports and data visualisation screens
• Downloadable reports – all dashboards can be exported into csv format for further analysis.
